SOY CANDLES

Soy candle comes naturally from soybeans and is extracted after the grains are cleaned, broken and removed from the shell. The beans are then rolled into flakes to extract the soybean oil. Once the oil is extracted, the flake residues can be used in animal food, ensuring that there is no waste in the candle production process.

Soy candles are known to be a healthier and more environmentally friendly alternative to the common paraffin wax candles you are likely using. Paraffin candles are made from oil that is neither sustainable nor healthy when inhaled.

Soy candle is an excellent alternative to wax because it comes from a renewable source. At Hedgie we solely make pure soy candles without synthetic ingredients. Soy candles burn slowly, last longer than commercial wax candles and do not emit harmful chemicals when burned.
